Samsung Unveils 105” Curved UHD TV

It is not often that we come across a contrivance that boasts of being – the world’s first, largest and most curved. Well, Samsung’s gargantuan 105-inches Curved Ultra HD TV fulfills all these credentials, and that too with a curvaceous panache of its own.

Incorporating Samsung’s newly developed picture quality algorithm, the Curved Ultra HD TV showcases unparalleled color optimization along with improved feeling of depth. These glorious visual attributes are complemented by the television’s ‘5K’ resolution with a whopping 11 million pixels (5120 X 2160) and an aspect ratio of 21:9.

As for the ultimate immersion experience, the Curved Ultra HD TV has what the Korean electronic giant terms as the – Quadmatic Picture Engine. This advanced engine allows the delivery of all type of content in an Ultra HD format, without depending upon the source.

This revolutionary technology is also bolstered by the profound curvature of the screen. The unique set-up helps in the provision of detailed imagery even when viewed from the sides and other angles.

Finally, coming to the commercial side of affairs, Samsung had already successfully showcased their Ultra HD television at IFA of this year. However, the monstrous sized 105-inches Curved Ultra HD TV will make its public debut at the CES 2014, which is to be held in Las Vegas from Jan 7 to Jan 10.
