Gomiba Go – A remote controlled trash can that comes to you_1

Yes; many of us have gone through the ‘trial of laziness’ when we just cannot reach the garbage can from our comfy couch. Well, worry no more, as the Japanese have created a garbage can that comes to us! Christened as the ‘Gomiba Go’ (a portmanteau of Japanese word gomi bako [trash can] and “go”), the design looks like a conventionally small trash can.

However, the ingenuity lies at the bottom of blue contraption, which comes with wheels that follow your radio controlled commands.

This mini trash can can is pretty light in its structure with a power-train of six AA batteries. And, to improve upon the overall fun quotient, the remote control looks like a video game joystick. The usability scope is also taken care of by the lid (fixed along its central axis) that easily opens from both of its sides.
